Soak for a couple of minutes the wash it gently. Rinse and comb it thoroughly in clean lukewarm water. Do it again to make sure the hair is clean. Cover the hair with the towel to soak up the water on it. Let it dry naturally at room temperature. Hair Care Tips Brushing the hair gently can prevent the hair falling out. Deep condition the hair once a week, it will lasting longer. Keep ends trimmed every 6 - 10 weeks can prevent tangle. Perm & dye are recommended to professional stylist only. FAQ: Q1:Hair Smell Factory wash the hair with warm water and shampoo, and we will put hair oil to hairs before shipment ,protecting the hairs to from being dye during long term delivery. Please pay attention to that the smell will disappear after washing it with good shampoo and conditioner. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this hair (16,18,20,&22). I ordered this hair for my birthday weekend because I wanted to have a new look. I've had it installed for a week now and I am amazed on how great the quality is. When I first received it, the bundles were nicely packed with no odor to them. They were soft and no shedding whatsoever no matter not many times I combed it. I was amazed.Before my install, I let all the bundles soak in apple cider vinegar and warm water for an hour then rinsed it and conditioned it and let it air dry. I do this process just to prevent scalp irritation due to my sensitive scalp. So far I have gone in the pool/jacuzzi and this hair is still so manageable and soft. The hair only shed a few little strands after I combed it various of times.I will defiantly buy this hair again. Am so in love.3-29-17I first got my hair installed last month on 12-16-17 for my bday weekend. I took the hair off after almost 4 months and reinstalled the same bundled I originally ordered again (see second with the snapchat filter) . This hair is just simply amazing. Until this day it barely shed. I wash it twice a week as I would wash my natural hair and I blow dry it then oil my scalp. At night I would either do 4 big braids or 12 rolos and wrap a scarf around my head before bed. I do this every night after I comb it out.I will buy it again and save it for future installs. Am so in love.
