I reordered this product and I got 50% less hair mass. The picture on the right is the first order which I liked. The second order of the same item came 50% less in hair mass and poor quality as the hair is shedding.If you want to return the item, you must send it to china on your own expense. I would not recommend this item for purchase. Bad return policy and not supported by Amazon.
