My hair is dark brown at the root and medium brown everywhere else. I was very happy that it looked like my natural hair and that I didn't need to dye it or my hair. I was disappointed that they didn't have anymore 16 in extensions and then I waited a week and they had them again and I bought a 2nd pair. The first pair I trimmed 1.5 in longer than my natural hair, because I just wanted to add volume and not length as pictured. The 2nd pair, I didn't cut at all decided I would use for long ponytails and braids. The hair is exact same color as my natural undyed hair, it's soft, normal thickness, and forms a natural wave/straight like my natural hair. Really love these extensions, but I found 1 single synthetic hair the rest are human hair. It appears to be undyed. My bf and father in law did not even know I was wearing them. I would buy these again. Considering buying their longest pair to do feed in Dutch braids. Idk why there was 1 synthetic hair, gonna give them the benefit of the doubt and say that was a small mistake. These clip-ins are my absolute favorite. The softness, how lightweight they are, and the shine can not be beat. There is no weird smell out of the package lol. Plus packaging is so nice and neat. I like two packs because my hair is thick but I do that with any brand. Can not wait to try longer ones!!These clip in extensions are amazing for the most part. I am an avid user of hair extensions. I have tried all kinds of brands and colors and these ones have lasted pretty well going on about 6 months now. I regularly wash them every few weeks. Usually every other week and they have stayed surprisingly in tact. They hold up against my streightening them or curling the ends on a daily basis. The only thing I don't like is that the curl does not hold as tight as I would like it to for an extended period of time. But it's okay because they still do curl and they hold up. I love that the ends are still thick and that they haven't thinned out like many other brands do. I have to say all in all this is a pretty amazing product. I'm hoping to try the tape in ones next and am hoping that they are the same quality.. one other down fall is the clear band that holds them together is pretty thick and so it's super heavy on your head and starts to slide down and wants to come out of your head by the end of the day. But it's okay because I think this is what keeps the extensions so thick and in tact after months of daily use. All in all I still think this is a fantastic product. Thank you!My initial order of extensions were thin. I returned and was pleasantly surprised to be contacted my their customer service to see if they could correct the issue. They sent me another set within a few days that were a little longer and suggested I trim. These are the extension applied, with minimal trim using a shearing comb. I will probably cut a few inches off so they will blend better with my shoulder length hair. I ordered jet black and the color is true. The clips are high quality and the invisible weft is nice. I would recommend buying 2 sets if you want more volume. Customer service is excellent!I'm a 2nd and 3rd time customer and I'll keep coming again and again. I received my hair in 1 day as I'm a Prime Member. I bought #1 Jet Black in 18 inches. I bought 1 set as I have thin to medium density hair and it was perfect. I like my hair not too thick not too thin. Reference I'm 5'6 115 Ibs with a short torso and 18 inches is at my waist. I forget too mention the hair is seamless, lightweight, thick. I would recommend 2 sets if you have extremely thick hair but thin or average thickness 1 set is perfect. P.s. Don't mind my messy makeup, I partied the night before with my fiance and was lazy to remove my makeup because I looked real good that night ?Nice quality . I unfortunately chose the wrong colour so I now have to figure out how to return them.(
