4/10/21 Update: This seller stands by their product!! They provided excellent support resulting in me being able to have the beautiful wig that I originally purchased. 5 Star customer services!!!5 star out of the package. Looked exactly like the pictures. Soft natural, smooth hair and the shedding is not too bad. Curled great ... unfortunately there is an open section at the top of the wig that allows you to see THE FULL TRACK!!! There is no way for me to cover this up - watch video. Unfortunately my natural hair is brown so I had to dye the wig ... sooooo upset that I dyed the wig BEFORE I noticed the gap!!! Extremely upset that I just wasted $300!Updating because the 'video' that I uploaded is displaying as a photo (image with the "track showing"). The video actually showed me trying to cover the track several times but, because the surrounding area is missing hair, no matter which direction I moved the hair over the open track, the hair falls, show a large portion of the track.
