This item did not match the pictures that were advertised. It was a different texture and it was not true to length, however even though The hair that I ordered ended up being shorter than I expected. The seller had excellent customer service and provided me with a refund. They also communicated with me expeditiously. They also offered me other accommodations, which I greatly appreciate.
