I tried Hair Cub for 8 months but it's not financially sustainable at an initial monthly cost of $785 plus $ 100 in tips per month, for the first 6 months....and then drops to $285 plus tips per month but with imminent price increases at intervals. But I paid extreme attention to how everything was done.....and now do it myself. I'm still on a learning curve but even if I screw up a $135 wig ( which I haven't done....yet), I'm still way under budget compared to the above option. I'm still tweeking color discrepancies between my real hair and the toupee but practice makes perfect. From now on I'm gonna buy a lighter color hairpiece because it's far easier to add color than it is to lighten the color. BTW Amazon has all the products you need to DIY and there are lots of videos on line.
