This hair steamer was a very big disappointment.1. In the back of the inner portion of the steamer, there is a long exposed plastic pipe that carries hot steam through it, that pipe will burn your hair or skin if it touches it.2. While sitting under the steamer, it drips steaming hot water on your lap.3. The long arm on the back of the steamer doesn't have a lock to keep it at a certain level. It will slide down on you. The size of the hood was the only plus to this steamer.4. Though I was approved to return the steamer, the company would not send me a return label.The Plus to all this is that Amazon took care of me. Refunded my money and told me to keep the steamer. I couldn't use it, so I junked it, and ordered another steamer.
