I go the regular straight pegs this brand I ended up buying the ones made for the bike. Don't waste your money these are worth every dollar. I'm still trying to find my favorite position but very comfortable, It nothing for me to ride 400 miles and be 100% comfortable.these things are heavy and sturdy, well worth the money. I wished they offered them exactly of the same shape but in black, instead they have some extended version that I do not like... would have been a 5 stars review !!!Well made, but if I had read how heavy they are I probably wouldn't have ordered them. Way overkill. An elephant could jump on them and they wouldn't bend. Lot's of people don't worry about adding more weight to their bikes. For them, they should be very happy with the productSo far, I am enjoying these. They are easily adjusted for the most comfortable position. However, I have not had them installed very long. I have had problem with chrome accessories from Kuryakyn corroding badly within one year. This is a 3-month update. I have had these on my bike for almost 3 months. I ride on roads along the ocean front frequently. I wash these twice a week and use chrome polish on them every 2-3 weeks. They are already rusting in some areas. So far there is no corrosion and flaking of the chrome plating, which occurred with the Kuryakyn highway bar foot pegs I had on this bike previously. The rest of the chrome on my nearly 3 year old bike is not rusting or corroding, so this seems to be a problem with this manufacturer.Another update:I have now had these on my bike for 8 months. The rust so far is confined to a couple of small areas on the mounts. There is a small amount of corrosion on the mounts but no peeling or flaking of the chrome. I am still washing them twice a week and applying chrome polish every 2-3 weeks. I still find them very comfortable. I have increased my assessment of them to four stars.I do recommend this product, especially if you live in an area not exposed to salt air or road salt.Good qualityThe hiway pegs are typical Kuryakyn products - high quality. They arrived when the vendor said they would, the instructions were clear on their assembly &mounting and above all, they greatly increase my comfort on the bike. The only negative I have is with the design. Attaching the pegs to the swingarms require the placement of two roll pins and a bolt. Sounds simple. The problem is that the roll pins are press fit into the pegs as the bolt is inserted and tightened. They fit loosely into the swingarm side. In order to get the two pieces together, insert the bolt, tighten it and keep the roll pins in place requires 3 hands. Not sure why Kuryakyn doesn't press fit the roll pins in the peg side so they're fixed. Would I buy them again? Absolutely. Would I have a buddy lend a 3rd hand next time...absolutely.Definitely quality made. The metal is hefty and all the hardware are robust; incudes a small package of anti-seize for the treads. Installation was straightforward although Kuryakyn could improve the instructions; the photo on the box was useful for installation. Taking my time, it took about an hour. It would be nice if manufactures like Kuryakyn used Metric instead of American size bolt heads/allen heads....after all it is a Japanese motorcycle. Being able to alternate between the stock pegs and these pegs will certainly make long distance rides less tiring for my legs & feet. Kuryakyn has an excellant reputation for their products....it is well deserved. Note: keep the allen wrench with you in case you want to make minor adjustments while on a trip. These are the very best highway pegs made for a Goldwing. They are also one of the most difficult to assemble. I wish the small pins came installed. They are very difficult to press into the required portion. Instead I placed the pins in the opposite section and bolted them together to press the pins in. You will need some mechanical knowledge.Perfect for Goldwing, a must have!Très bonne qualitéIdeal for long legged ridersLove these, second pair for my motorcycleExcellent produit très solide et beau
