These flat tips have so many great reviews, I was excited to receive the extentions even after the delivery was delayed by 5 days. When I recieved them, they felt so soft, using a wide conb I combed the extensions and cold washed them with Malibu C undoo goo. Curly came back and I was even more excited, I began the install and this is where I became disappointed and it only conintiued.A little over half of the flat tips when warmed with 180-200 heat tool did not melt, they actually became dry and clumply and did not bond nor would they bond to my hair. Also if you snip to customize the installation, if it was not an even customization or even cut of the flat tip, the bond would not work. I do not know if these flat tips were old or what happened but not impressed with the flat tip bond. Hair quailty is great but a lot of work to make the bonds useable ..
