Purchased two of these XL cases and one of them was missing the foam insert that holds an additional ~36 graded cards. Reading other reviews, missing foam inserts appear to be a somewhat regular occurence. I reached out to Casematix to get a replacement foam insert and will happily change my rating to 5 stars if they make things right, as the build quality of the cases is superb and any cards you keep inside you will definitely feel like they are protected from literally everything short of a fire.EDIT 3/28/2025: Casematix support responded to my email asking for the missing replacement foam insert within 24 hours and had the replacement shipped out and at my door within 5 days. Absolutely fantastic customer service and support to make things right! They have a customer for life and I would gladly recommend their cases for the overall quality and even better customer support!
