This is my 5th time purchasing this hair simply because the lace and hair quality is incomparable to other Amazon sellers I have tried. The hair is thick, soft, and does not shed as much as most Amazon wigs. However, I bought this wig with the intention of bleaching a few sections to add some streaks. This hair does not take bleach well and literally would not lift to blonde even after 3 whole hours of bleaching!!! I'm aware that going from black to blonde is a difficult task but I watched several YouTube videos of people bleaching/ dyeing their black wigs and were able to go from black to platinum blonde within an hour. I do not want to over bleach the hair by continuing to add more bleach, so I've come to terms with the brown streaks as the result. If you are looking to bleach or lift color of the hair I would definitely take caution...So I just got the wig yesterday. I’m just going to point out a few things that may help future shoppers. I got the 20 inch unit and for the price, the quality of this unit is not too bad. Just a few things: the wig smelled when I took it out of the packaging, so definitely will need a wash. I wash my units before wearing them just because it’s a new unit, but the smell on this one isn’t the best.It’s definitely not 20 inches, I’d say it’s more 18 inches. So if you want a longer look, I suggest u go up 1 or 2 inches. And the density…it’s not 250 as described. I’d say it’s a full 150 density wig.I’ve been wearing wigs for some time now and can spot the difference especially in length n density. All in all though, it got delivered here quick, the hair is super soft and even though it’s not the density that was described, it still is a full unit. Just have to bleach the knots to my liking. So if you’re looking for something quick n last minute, this is an ok option.The softness & quality.I've ALWAYS purchased from outside "popular" vendors like " Luvme", and prices were everywhere, mostly higher than necessary. They allow points earned from individual purchases. This was great at first. I had earned over $100 in points and purchased an expensive unit for about $60. I guess I was the first person to use my points in this manner. However, the fact remains that I purchased multiple units at different intervals and saved my points. After this purchase, "Luvme" limited removed points at their discretion. I stopped buying. I know because I have been a wig consumer for years due to my having alopecia about an inch off my forehead from ear-to-ear. So, it doesn't matter how long my hair is everywhere else. So I have no choice but to buy. In my constant search to save money without sacrificing, this unit by comparison is superior in quality, color, density and most importantly, PRICE. I just purchased another and sent the link to a few others. Thanks for being here with excellence, quality and pricing for people like me. I have since purchased several. Plus it dyes well.Having a hard time with bleaching this hair. Color is barely lifting even though it states in detail the hair can be bleached/dyed. The other disappointment is there is no way the density is 250, more like 180 or 200 tops. If this is 250 density, I shouldn't be able to see through the frontal part, especially at the crown! If you don't watch it the top tracks are visible. The good news is it is soft, little shedding but I've only had for 4 days. If you don't plan on attempting to bleach to a higher color & ok with the density not being thick as desired then I recommend.Hair quality is excellent, lace is not transparent, it's more like swiss lace, had to do a lot of plucking on the hairline for a more natural look as it's very thick. Overall it's a decent purchase for the price.
