Great way to stay safe. Add this to your harness and know you can stay safe, the best way is to make sure you position it so you can not fall if possible. If that's not possible be sure to have someone with you and a plan to get you down, hanging in your harness is not safe for long. This functions well, fits my harness, the light weight makes it comfortable, it is well built and a good value. I would get this again.
