This Native American Turquoise Silver Hair Barrette features genuine Sleeping Beauty cabochons enhanced by traditional, hammered Native American patterns. The three natural blue, Arizona stones are bezel set on Sterling, that was then hand buffed to a high shine. A sturdy, spring clip is secured to the back, and it's about 3-3/4" x 1". I lost my Bali sterling silver hair barrette and was looking to replace that barrette when I found this one. It has 3 sleeping beauty turquoise. The color of Sleeping Beauty turquoise is a robin egg blue. Sleeping Beauty turquoise is from Arizona and has been mined out for a few years now so it was quite a find. The craftsmanship on the rest of the barrette is simple but beautiful. The underside is stamped sterling. I am very happy with my purchase.
