This gives a steel-core flipline extra rigidity, making it easier to flip up the tree - especially on larger stems. A running chainsaw will easily sever a steel-core flipline; and they should not be considered chainsaw-proof. Caution must always be used in the tree. Premium Quality These flipline kits combine a steel-core flipline with a suitable mini rope grab flipline adjuster and triple-locking carabiner, all at a discount. This kit includes a flipline, adjuster, and carabiner that will work together great in one convenient package. ProClimb steel-core fliplines are ANSI A-10.14 Standards, and are available in diameters from 1/2" to 5/8". Larger diameters can be easier to grip but also add to the weight and bulk of your climbing kit.
