I'm not sure why others had an unfavorable experience with this unit, but I love mine. This is a quality product...soft natural curls, that are lush and so luxurious...The hair is shiny, and rich in color..I like the shoulder length of this wig, it feels very soft against my shoulders, and moves beautifully.I will be taking it to my hair stylist for a few personalizing tweaks...In light of the review about tangling, I will also be careful when combing it out, but so far I just shook it out, and only used my fingers to plump it up a bit..I think this is a great product, that feels and looks like natural Brazilian Remi human hair, as advertised.
