I've been cutting my own hair for years but I'm beginning to thin on the top so I thought Id give this a try. I wasn't expecting it to turn out so perfect. I purchased the 6mm with 10% grey since i have some greys coming in. I watched a few youtube videos of unit instals to get the gist of how to install it but I didn't want to use glue so I ordered lace tape instead and cut and styled it myself with a curl sponge and that seems to work 100x better than applying glue to my whole scalp.The only downside is that I want this exact unit except made with the PU skin instead of lace. I've searched everywhere and cant find one. And I'd like to stick to "this" seller since I now know the product is of good quality. The lace looks great but it doesn't last as long if you take it off often and I like to take mine off after a few days and wash it. The lace tape makes it possible to remove, wash, and reapply easily but after a few washes the hair begins to come through the lace a little bit.Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase. I already ordered a second one.P.S. If the seller is reading this, PLEASE add a PU base unit with greys!!!
