I've been a customer for over 5 years and see how the quality has dropped very sharply over the last four months. I typically order the 30 inch. My last two orders were not 30 inches. When I wrote to the seller they told me that they're just making the coils tighter. However, I stretched the hair against a ruler and took a picture for them. It was 26 inches. The good thing was they gave me a $20 refund to make up the difference in size and that refund came very quickly.HOWEVER when I took the shorter hair to my braider she also noticed the decline in quality and showed me that they were now using FILLER hair. What that means is they're mixing shorter pieces in with the longer pieces so you think you're getting more hair BUT when you braid or twist, the ends come out very thin and the hair doesn't fall right. I'm very sad that after 5 years I have to write this review and move on. I've suggested this hair over the years to at least a dozen other people and sadly, I can't make this recommendation anymore.
