Replaces any Harley-Davidson style male-mount peg. Aluminum housings with premium EPDM rubber inserts for traction and vibration dampening. Utilizes splined adapters that allow you to angle the pegs just how you want them. An excellent and affordable alternative to forward controls or highway pegs. I have these on the back of my 1500 Vulcan Classic. I wanted to get something so my wife was more comfortable.I was skeptical that they were tough enough because of the way they install with the adapters. There are two separations between the frame and the pegBut they are tough. I can step on it to get on and I weigh around 160. It does not seem to stress it at all.The extensions work perfectly; they lock solid in both positions. You do not want to use them as pressure point, but they are strong enough to fully relax your legs on when you need to change position. My neighbor saw them and now wants them for his wife on his Harley.Installation was easy. If you work on your bike at all, this is easy. They look great, and they are fully adjustable.If you are not sure which adapter you need; their website will guide you right to it; [...]Emailing customer service was top notch when I got confused.Yes, you could say I recommend these.
