I just received this book for an AP1 class starting next week. I have flipped through the book and it seems to be made for English speaking North American students. I don't know why it is labeled as an "international" version so don't pay attention to that too much. The book seems to be cheaper than the US version and it looks like what you expect. To be clear this entire book is in English only. I will update this post in June 2020 once the class has started.EDIT: Just finished the class and this was the correct book. All of the tables and text were in correct order. Go ahead and buy the book if the is the current edition you need for English speakers.
