There were nuts and screws missing. I understand that’s always happening.Well made. A bit long to put together, but good instruction. Color is perfect!Bike was complete, and fairly easy to assemble, although it took a few hours to do.everything worked well once assembled.I have bad back and my balance is less than stellar. There were a few issues; color, installation needed to be done by a professional, and the trike pulling in a right direction. Customer service was excellent. I contacted them, they worked efficiently with me and i am now satisfied with my purchase.Amazon assembly tech diagnosed missing and bent pieces (fenders, wheels). Seller replaced the trike and I took it to a local bike shop and they pieced the good pieces of the two trikes to make one.Seat doesn’t stay tight, handle bars don’t stay in place and the ‘pleather’ seat is already discoloring even tough I keep it covered and in the shade as much as possible.I realize I didn’t pay Schwinn price …. so I’ll be satisfied with what I got.
